7AM - Yoga at Cabins

8AM - Breakfast available, Showers - Bride’s crew

9AM - Lumen House access opens, SIPS Rental for drapery

9:30AM - HMU set-up starts at Cabins (4 bridesmaids, Bride, MOB hair, MOG makeup)

Noon - Lunch available

1:00PM - Photography/Videography Starts, Detail Photos & Candids, Groom/Groomsmen on site (getting ready suites at LH), Groom/Groomsmen get dressed

1:30PM - Hair/Makeup Finished, Grooms/Groomsmen Portraits, PJ pic then Bride/Bridesmaids get dressed

2:00PM - First Look for G&C then Portraits, pics with the pups (Jelena in charge of pups)

3PM - Wedding Party Portraits

3:45PM - First look with dad when family arrives, Family Portraits (Immediate + Linda & Amy)

4:30PM - Wedding Party tucked away (LH getting ready suites), Transportation arrives with guests, Upstate Strings plays

5:00PM - Ceremony, Adventure Officiant, Grupo Salsa Recessional song (BAILE INoLVIDABLE)

5:30PM - Cocktail Hour, The Other Line phone guest book, PR Family Photos (x2-ceremony space), Sunset Portraits, Grupo Salsa Carolina plays, Tattoo Artist (High Vibes - Closed for Intros/Dinner), pups back to cabin

6:30PM - Reception starts with Newlywed Introduction (no wedding party intro), DJ Showout plays, Dinner Service (NO TOASTS), table visits, Bride outfit change

7:11PM - Official Sunset

7:15?PM - Cake Cutting on Dance Floor then removed (song: “Cut It” by O. T. Genasis), Parent Dances (dad then mom), First Dance (choreographed)

7:30?PM - Dance floor opens, Tattoo Artist & Photo Booth Opens

10:00PM - Silver Streamer Exit

Midnight - Lumen House access ends
